Theresa Riedmann has almost 30 years of experience in corporate taxation focusing in federal, state, and international income tax.  Theresa’s main expertise is in the ASC 740 area (accounting for income taxes) and has been subject matter expert and led several firms in building a practice in the ASC 740 area.  Theresa has provided tax consulting and tax compliance services to clients in numerous industries including Oil & Gas – both upstream and downstream, oil field services, software (Saas and development), service-based industries, manufacturing and retail sales.  

In her leisure, Theresa enjoys spending time with family and camping in the RV with her husband and redbone coonhound – fishing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.  Theresa also enjoys arts and crafts such as needle arts, stained glass, sewing, and macrame.
